8 Cambridge evaluates the submitted innovations and filters out the ones that are market-ready and which have significant potential. It then identifies what expert work is needed to take these innovations to the next level and brings in the right set of expertise and experience to rapidly shape, validate and strengthening ideas to make them implementable and valuable.
Step 3
Once the experts have worked their magic the innovations are offered to corporations that are hungry for new ideas and find it hard to innovate internally. They can align themselves with innovations that match their priorities and implement them quickly within their existing operations.
